We sell furniture products only in Portugal. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided with care. However, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.
In addition, we offer interior design and space planning services for both private clients and professionals, based in Portugal and internationally. These services may include interior design consultancy, space optimization, project development, and personalized design solutions according to client needs.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a contract
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of issues (fraud suspicion, stock problems, incorrect data)
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in [EUR] and include/exclude VAT depending on your settings.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card (via secure payment providers)
- MBway
Orders are processed only after payment is received.
5. Delivery
We deliver to Portugal.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability and shipping conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events.
6. Returns and refunds
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU law)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period without giving any reason.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or issues caused by improper use of products.
