Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

We ship furniture products to Portugal.

Processing times vary depending on product availability and order volume. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated before order confirmation for custom or large items.

2. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

For large furniture items, delivery may require access assistance or prior coordination with the carrier.

3. Returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Not custom-made or personalized (if applicable)
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

4. Non-returnable items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products returned without original packaging (when required for safe transport)
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Items damaged due to improper use

5. Return process

Once your return request is approved, instructions will be provided. Returned items must be sent back within the specified timeframe.

6. Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
